Resolved: Carrier not suitable without alteration.
Company resolved the issue.
Had no luck contacting Joybuy. A CSR reached out to me by email, but whenever I replied, they never seemed to receive the reply and pictures I sent.
In my last reply, I said please call me and never heard.
Either it was just a “ string along game” or they really never received the reply’s.Called WalMart CS, because that’s who I ordered from, and I had a no questions asked refund within a day. So, moral of the story, as long as Walmart is somehow attached, you will get satisfaction.
